show storm-control
show storm-control
Use the show storm-control user EXEC command to display broadcast, multicast, or unicast
storm-control settings on the switch or on the specified interface.
show storm-control [interface-id] [broadcast | multicast | unicast] [ | {begin | exclude | include}
expression]
Syntax Description
Command Modes User EXEC
Command History
Usage Guidelines When you enter an interface-id, the storm-control thresholds appear for the specified interface.
If you omit the interface-id and specify a traffic type, settings appear for the specified traffic type for all
ports on the switch.
If you do not enter a traffic type, settings appear for broadcast storm control.
Expressions are case sensitive. For example, if you enter | exclude output, the lines that contain output
do not appear, but the lines that contain Output appear.
Examples This is an example of output from the show storm-control command. Because no traffic type keyword
was entered, the broadcast storm control settings appear.
