show etherchannel
Use the show etherchannel user EXEC command to display EtherChannel information for a channel.
show etherchannel [channel-group-number {detail | port | port-channel | protocol | summary}]
{detail | load-balance | port | port-channel | protocol | summary}

Usage Guidelines If you do not specify a channel-group, all channel groups are displayed.
In the output, the Passive port list field appears only for Layer 3 port channels. The appearance of this
field means that the physical port, which is still not up, is configured to be in the channel group (and
indirectly is in the only port channel in the channel group).
Examples This is an example of output from the show etherchannel 1 detail command:
Switch> show etherchannel 1 detail
Group state = L2
Ports: 2 Maxports = 16

A - Device is in active mode. P - Device is in passive mode.
channel-group-number (Optional) Number of the channel group. The range is 1 to 12.
detail Display detailed EtherChannel information.
load-balance Display the load-balance or frame-distribution scheme among interfaces in
the port channel.
port Display EtherChannel port information.
port-channel Display port-channel information.
protocol Display the protocol that is being used in the EtherChannel.
summary Display a one-line summary per channel-group.
