3.3 Lighting
The Synertia® RF generator is not provided with integral lighting. Prior to installation, it
must be made sure that there is a lighting of minimum 300 lux / 27.9 fc.
Ensuring this is the duty of the customer, on whose site the device is installed. This
minimum lighting is required that a worker / operator can properly read information or
make a connection.
3.4 Visual inspection
For all Comet Yxlon products, the customer is encouraged to make a thorough inspection
of the shipping container BEFORE opening the box. Any evidence of damage to the
shipping container should be documented (photographed and described in writing). Any
claims of damage during shipping should be made to the shipper.
Once the shipping container is opened, thoroughly inspect unit for:
• Cosmetic surface damage including scratches and other surface blemishes,
• Any dents that may have been caused by damage during shipping,
• Loose or missing screws and connectors,
• Finally, verify part and revision number on the product label.
3.5 Accessories shipped with the product
Each RF generator is accompanied by the following parts:
• CE-declaration of conformity
• User manual
If any of these items should be missing upon receipt, or if they cannot be found for other
reasons, please contact customer support for a replacement.
