9 Interface specifications
The generator includes a set of standard interfaces and can have optional interfaces. This
chapter contains specifications for each of the classes of interfaces.
9.1 Example of interface configuration
The figure below shows an example of an interface configuration of the
Synertia® RF generator.
Table 20 on page 76 shows the main functions and properties of the interfaces.
