4.8 Unit uninstallation
WARNING
Before lockout/tagout procedures, always wait minimum three minutes
after AC power is removed for stored voltage to disappear.
Safety note 40: Warning - uninstallation
Please observe lockout/tagout in section 1.5 “Lockout and tagout the RF generator” on
page 17.
Please follow the installation procedure in section 4.1 "Sequence of installation" on
page 39 in reverse order.
4.9 Disposal of packaging material
The following materials are used in the packaging material of RF generators:
• Outer box/shipping container: double-layered cardboard
• Fixation parts for product: polyethylene foam
We recommend storing the original generator package and its custom foam shock
absorber material for later use, for example if needed to return the product to
Comet Yxlon GmbH for service, repair, or disposal.
If the package shall be disposed of, observe all local regulations regarding separation and
disposal of the individual materials.
