You need two fittings with NPT 3/8 male thread e. g. hose nozzle and
commercially available Teflon® sealing tape.
Wind two to maximum three layers of Teflon® sealing tape tightly onto the
threads.
Observe the winding direction (see
Figure 28).
NOTICE
The Teflon® tape should not overlap the start of the threads.

Hand-tighten the fittings (approx. three turns) on both water connections and
then tighten them with a spanner (two to three turns).
NOTICE
To avoid damages to the fittings, the maximum tightening torque
is 30 Nm.
