4.5 Connecting RF power cable

INFORMATION

Make sure that high quality coaxial cables and connectors are used on all connections.

Safety note 30: Information - RF cables

WARNING

High voltage and radio frequency hazards!

Do not touch the RF Out connector when the generator is switched on.

Safety note 31: Warning - RF hazards

NOTICE

When mounting the connector to the back of the generator, mind the

following maximum torques:

7-16 panel jack:

• Coupling torque (recommended): 25 Nm to 30 Nm

• Proof torque: 35 Nm

N-type panel jack:

• Coupling test torque: max. 1.7 Nm

• Recommended torque: 0.7 Nm to 1.1 Nm
