the neighbor should generate BFD

<TIMEOUT>
<TIMEOUT> – interval after
which the BFD message should
be sent by the neighbor, takes
values in milliseconds in the
range of [200..65535] for
ESR-1000/1200/1500/1511/17
00/3100/3200 and
[300..65535] for
ESR-10/12V(F)/14V(F)/
20/21/30/100/200
By default:
300 ms on
ESR-10/12V(F)/14VF/
15/20/21/30/100/200;
200 ms on
ESR-1000/1200/1500/1
511/1700/3100/3200.

which the BFD neighbor is considered
to be unavailable. Globally.
esr(config)# ip bfd multiplier
<COUNT>
<COUNT> – amount of dropped
packets, at which the neighbor
is considered to be unavailable,
takes values in the range of
[1..100].
Default value: 5.
