NOTE
Leave the ESD-preventive wrist strap permanently connected to the switch, so that the strap is always available
when you need to handle ESD-sensitive components.
Removing the BlackDiamond 8806/12804 AC Power Cord
Retainer Channel
To remove the BlackDiamond 8806/12804 AC power cord retainer channel:
1 Attach the ESD-preventive wrist strap to your wrist and connect the metal end to the ground
receptacle on the top-left corner of the switch front panel.
2 Using a #2 Phillips screwdriver, loosen the captive screw located on each end of the AC power cord
retainer channel.
3 Remove the retainer channel from the switch.
NOTE
Leave the ESD-preventive wrist strap permanently connected to the switch, so that the strap is always available
when you need to handle ESD-sensitive components.
From the left, lay first four
power cords into channel bracket
Lay last two power cords
onto others
