Synced and Agree – When all the ports on the bridge assert their synced signals, the new Root port asserts
its own synced signal and sends an RST BPDU to Port4/Switch 60 that contains an agreed flag (Figure 7.11).
The Root port also moves into a forwarding state.

The old Root port on Switch 200 becomes an Alternate Port (Figure 7.13). Other ports on that bridge are elected
to appropriate roles.
The Designated port on Switch 60 goes into a forwarding state once it receives the RST BPDU with the agreed
flag.
