6 Press the [1] key (MARK SCAN MODE).
MARK SCAN MODE setting screen is displayed.
Supplement
It will return to ARMS setting screen without
changing the setting when you press the
POSITION ( ) key (CANCEL).
7 Press the [3] key (AXIS ALIGNMENT).
Axis Adjustment Mode will be activated and it will return to the MARK
SCAN MODE setting screen.
8 Press the [2] key (NUMBER OF POINTS).
NUMBER OF POINTS setting screen is displayed.
Supplement
It will return to ARMS setting screen without
changing the setting when you press the
POSITION ( ) key (CANCEL).
9 Press the [1] key (2POINTS), the [2] key (3POINTS), or the[3]
key (4POINTS).
This will select the number of registration marks and return you to the
MARK SCAN MODE setting screen.
10 Conrm the setting and press the [ENTER] key (SET).
Setting will be set, and it will return to ARMS SETTING screen (1/4).
Supplement
If the MARK SCAN MODE setting screen does
not appear, press the [2] key (ARMS) to return
to the MENU screen.
11 Press the [2] key (MANUAL READ MARKS).
Following message is displayed.
Supplement
Tool carriage will move faster when the
[FAST] key is pressed simultaneously with the
POSITION key.
12 Press the POSITION (
) key, match the tool tip and
move to the mark position.
