[Start FTP site

[SSL] [No SSL]
Click [Next].

Set [Authentication and Authorization
Information] as follows:
[Authentication] Select [Basic].
[Authorization] [All users]
[Permissions]
Select both [Read] and
[Write].
Click [Finish].
