1. Weld the entrance of the removed sight glass to the straight tube (with a
thread connector) at the exit of the lter dryer.
2. Weld the assembly of the sight glass and exit straight tube of the
lter dryer
to the original position in the smart cooling product. Install the sight glass at
a proper angle and make the glass surface face outwards so that you can
observe the sight glass from the rear door.
3. Weld the entrance elbow (with a thread connector) of the
lter dryer to the
smart cooling product.
4. Remove the plastic plug from the port of the new
lter dryer.
5. Apply red glue to the third to second last thread circles of the outer screw
thread counting from the pipe outlet inward. Use two 27# adjustable
wrenches to secure the
lter dryer nut and pipe nut, respectively. Then use a
36# adjustable wrench to tighten the adjustable nut.
6. Reinstall the hold hoop and pipe clamp.
Step 6 Reinstall the liquid pipe NTC temperature sensor.
Step 7 Perform a leakage test with nitrogen again.
