Flooring requisites
The machine must sit on industrial flooring with the following characteristics:
FOUNDATIONS
Environmental requisites
Temperature: between +5° and +35 °C (with air conditioning, between +5° and +50°C)
Maximum relative humidity: 90% (without condensation)
Maximum altitude: 1000m (unless agreed otherwise with the customer)
VERTICAL FORCES
Maximum static load per foot 14751 N
Maximum unit load on each foot 7 N/mm3
Levelling
MAXIMUM FLATNESS ERROR OF THE FLOOR (not cumulative) 25mm/m
MAXIMUM SLOPE OF THE FLOOR IN ANY DIRECTION 0.4%

1. Minimum capacity = 1kg/cm²
2. Not be affected by thermal or
moisture variations (do not install
near external walls)
Industrial flooring:
1. Loose gravel foundation with a
minimum thickness of 300mm
2. Minimum concrete thickness
200mm, with characteristic
resistance RBK>200, with two
layers of reinforcement
(electro-welded metal grid with
8mm diameter and 200x200mm
mesh)
3. A concrete ageing period of at
least 6 months is advisable.
