9.4 Restoring normal machine functioning
After the machine has been stopped with the emergency button , it is necessary to
restore its normal functioning:
reset the emergency button by rotating it
reset the error messages by pressing the relevant software button (refer to the User Interface
Manual)
repeat the switch-on sequence and turn the key selector
In the case of an emergency stop (not caused by the operator), all the movements are abandoned.
Turning the key selector, the machine will switch back on but remain in the point it was in
previously.
In this case, you must reload the program that was being performed because, in an emergency
situation, a total reset of all the non-standard machine settings is made.
9.5 Switching the machine off
To switch off the machine, proceed as follows:
1. Always wait for the machine to complete its working cycle.
2. Press the RESET button.
3. Use the system OFF button to switch off the motors and the UHP intensifier.
4. Execute the KILL WRT or END command. To access the command, click on Start - Programs
- WRT - KILL WRT or END. This operation closes the machining operation software (NC).
5. Continue the PC switch-off sequence by clicking on Start - Close session - Stop the system.
6. Wait the necessary time required by the PC switch-off procedure.
7. Turn the main machine switch to OFF, and padlock it if necessary. Turn the main factory
system switch to OFF.
8. Turn off the machining water supply.
9. Close the pneumatic circuit at the connection point to the main factory system.
10. Drain and lock the pneumatic circuit by activating the cut-out valve, and padlock it if necessary.
