10.9 Machining identical pieces
Each station has several origins, so the machine can work several identical pieces if these are
positioned on the origins of both stations.
In this case, the machine optimises the machining operation.
Complete cycle
1. the machine performs the machining operation on the first origin
2. the machine performs the machining operation on the next origin
3. the machine works in this way until it has completed the list of origins
4. select the stop flag at the end of the machining operation; the axes will move to their parking
position and the machine will stop. Otherwise, the next line of the list is taken into
consideration.
Partial cycle
Cycle running from the selected machining operation to the last operation of the selected program
Single cycle
Cycle relating only to the selected machining operation
pendular mode option
The machine is fitted with a central protection valve with a safety microswitch, that divides the work
table into two areas.
The valve is manually inserted by the operator, and the pendular mode operations are determined
by a selector on the main console.
10.10 Unloading the piece
When the machining operation is complete, the operator releases the piece (if necessary) and
removes it from the work table.
