16.1 Warranty
For information on the guarantee, please refer to the documentation issued on purchase of the
machine.
16.2 Customer service
BIESSE S.p.A. has service points throughout the world. The whole structure forms a highly
efficient integrated network, which the customer can contact for any problem, information, advice
or news.The service department employs technicians with a high level of knowledge and
experience on the models manufactured, gained through special training in our factory, who are
able to service machines on site.
BIESSE Authorised Service Centres are listed in the InDocs CD-ROM.
