Checking lubrication
The guides with ball blocks, the racks, and the Z-axis screw are all lubricated via the automatic
system, which greases all the connected points every 4 working hours.
The mechanical parts of the machine require about 0.007kg of grease for every hour of effective
machining.
The operator is responsible for checking that the lubrication operation is always performed.

The unit is fitted with a sensor that checks the level of lubricant. When the minimum level is reached, a message
appears on the monitor to tell the operator to top up the level.
The system also has a second sensor which sends a fault message if there are any interruptions or problems during
the automatic lubrication cycle.
