Jacobsen HR5111 - 8 L. Lift Cylinder

GENERAL
The HR5111 tractor uses four hydraulic cylinders to
raise and lower the cutting units. The two wing cylin-
ders are the same and are different from the two cylin-
ders which are the same.
FRONT CYLINDERS
DISASSEMBLY (See Figure 8L-1)
1. Clean and air dry exterior of cylinder.
2. Drain all the oil from the cylinder.
3. Disassemble, following the steps in Figure 8L-1.

During repair of cylinder, use extreme care not to
damage the body, rod or sealing surfaces of the
cylinder.
