MUFFLER REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
Remove and install the muffler and engine as shown
on Figure 3D-3.
EXHAUST SYSTEM INSPECTION
1. Clean all sections of the exhaust system of dirt,
dust or other foreign material.
2. Inspect exhaust system for cracks, holes, distor-
tion or deformation.

Do not attempt to service muffler while engine is
hot from operation.
