GENERAL (See Figure 8N-1)
The motors used on the HR5111 are uni-directional and
positioned according to their rotation. Viewed from the
shaft end, clockwise (CW) rotating motors have the
letter C stamped on the motor housing. Motors that
are counterclockwise (CCW) rotating have the letter A
stamped on the motor housing.
Prior to disassembly, mark the position of the check
valve in the cover to motor housing.
REPAIR (See Figure 8N-2)
Repair of the motor is limited to the replacement of
seals and O-rings.
Disassemble as illustrated in Figure 8N-2 adhering to
important instructions.
