M7i DC Power Supply
A DC-powered router has one or two load-sharing DC power supplies, located at the
bottom rear of the chassis, as shown in Figure 6 on page 12. For information about power
supply redundancy and replaceability, see “M7i Power System Description” on page 59.
Figure 17 on page 61 shows the power supply.

NOTE: The DC power supplies are marked –48 VDC. This is the nominal
voltageassociated with the battery circuit.Any higher voltages are associated
only with float voltages for the charging function.
