Procedures
Preconditions:
Adjustments, see "Internal cleaning, pa-
ge 130"
Nozzles are switched off.
At the control centre, the selection
valve (A) is switched to a change-over
valve (C).
For a device with 4500 l:Selection
valve (B) is switched to main tank.
Switch on pumps (H) and (I only for
equipment with 4500 l) via the PTO
shaft.
Operate pump at a rate of 300 – 330 rpm.
Switch the switchover valve (C) to the
clean water tank.
Set the diverting valve (D) to internal
cleaning until the main tank contains ap-
prox. 80 - 90 l.
Where applicable, rinse cleaning agent
into the main container.
When the main tank contains approx.
80 - 90 l:Stop internal cleaning:
Set distributor valve (D) to spray.
At the same time, set the switchover
valve (C) to the main tank.
