For spraying liquids with a higher density, e.g. AHL solution with 30 weight %
(=density factor 1.3 [kg/dm³]) the higher density must be taken into account by
reducing the filling quantity (e.g.: 1 l AHL / 1,3 = ~ 0.77 l/kg AHL → 3530 x 0.77
= ~ 2718 l AHL- filling quantity).
If the load bearing capacity of the wheel set which is mounted on the implement
is less than 6000 kg according to the example, the implement may only be filled
to the load bearing capacity of the pair of wheels.
The maximum permissible speed must also be taken into account for the load
bearing capacities of the wheels. By the selection of wheels with as narrow a
width as possible and a high load bearing capacity, the maximum permissible
speed may be limited to 25 km/h. For this, the TÜV certificate or the operating
permit must be taken into account. If these are not available,refer to the loading

5.5 Installation of the correct nozzles
The mesh size of the pressure filter and the nozzle filter must al-
ways be the same as or smaller than the flow cross-section of the
nozzles which are used.
The details by the agricultural chemical manufacturer with regard
to suitable mesh sizes must be observed.
The correct nozzles must be selected and installed before spraying
Only nozzles of the same type and size may be installed on the nozzle holders.
Worn or defective nozzles may only be replaced by nozzles of the same type.
Always note the dosage table specific to the nozzle.
