load [kg]
With the implement empty, drive onto a weighbridge, so that only the axle is
standing on the scale.
Determine the axle load of the implement (example 3000 kg).
Calculate the permissible axle load [kg] by subtracting the actual axle load of
the empty implement from the permissible axle load of the implement (e.g.:
6000 kg – 3000 kg = 3000 kg).
If the load bearing capacity of the pair of wheels which is mounted on the im-
plement is ≥ 6000 kg, the implement may be filled with a maximum of 3000 kg
on the axle.
By distributing the content of the tank to the axle load and the support load, the
filling capacity of the tank is increased by the factor / 0.85 (Calculated permis-
sible axle load / 0.85). Example: 3000 kg / 0.85 =~3530 kg.
For spraying agents with water as the carrier substance (Density = 1 kg/dm³)
the implement may be filled with a maximum of 3530 l.
If fresh water fro cleaning is also carried (e.g. 400 l) this must be deducted from
the filling quantity (e.g.: 3530 l – 400 l = 3130 l).
