If the oil in the sight glass is discoloured
white, this indicates damage to the pump
membranes.
In the event of white discoloration of the
oil, stop spraying immediately.
CAUTION: Continuing to operate the
pump will lead to it being damaged.
In the event of membrane damage,
change them within 24 hours.
CAUTION: Extended service lives will
lead to corrosion in the pump.
Replace all membranes, even when only
one is damaged.
If repair is not possible within 24 hours,
perform the following operations:
Remove the spraying fluid mixture or oil
mixture.
Fill the pump with oil or corrosion protec-
tion agent.
