4.16 Pressure measuring device
The pressure measuring device is provided
for monitoring the spray pressure (Automa-
tic mode) and for the indirect indication of
filter contamination.
The pressure measuring device (1) mea-
sures the spray pressure and displays this
on the control terminal.
4.17 Feeding
On the basis of the speed pulses which are detected by the wheel, the control
terminal calculates a programmed target value (l/ha) for the total output (l/min).
This is measured by the flow meter. In Automatic mode, the electric control valve
is actuated while driving until the calculated target value corresponds to the actual
value in l/min which is measured by the flow meter.
An alarm signal is triggered if the control terminal cannot achieve correspondence.
The switch-off of segments is also detected by the control terminal and the quanti-
ty is re-adjusted according to the programmed target value (l/ha).
4.18 Hydraulic control
The implement’s hydraulic functions are
carried out from the tractor via the control
units.
The hydraulic control system controls the
following functions in the implement:
Raising/lowering: 1 EW control valve
Extend/retract: 1 DW valve
