If the output quantities of the measured
nozzles are the same and the l/min value
deviates from the value in the nozzle table:
Adjust spray pressure.
Example:
According to the nozzle table, at 2.5 bar
the nozzle output is 1.5 l/min.
If the measured value is only 1.2 l/min,
spray pressure is increased until the in-
tended single nozzle output of 1.5 l/min
is measured.
If the output quantities of the measured
nozzles differ:
Replace nozzles.
Repeat the volumetric metering process.
Alternatively: Have nozzles checked by
a specialist on a test bench.
5.6.2 Calibrate the flowmeter
The control of the device requires the pul-
se values of the flowmeter to calculate the
automatic metering.
The way the pulse values are made
available to the control is described in the
operating instructions manual
"SPRAYER controller MIDI" in the chapter
"7.5 Calibrating the flowmeter".
