9.12 Filter
Clean filters are a prerequisite for smooth operation. Therefore, the given filters
must undergo regular maintenance.
CAUTION
The use of pressure and nozzle filters with 80 meshes/inch or
more may result in spraying agent being filtered out for some
spray agents. If necessary, please ask your pesticide manufactu-
rer.
The mesh width for the pressure or nozzle filter must always be
less than the flow cross-section for the relevant nozzles used.
The specifications of the pesticide manufacturer with regard to
mesh width must always be observed.
9.13 Work to be performed by a qualified. authorised person
9.13.1 Axle
 Before the start of the season, have the following work carried out by a qualifi-
ed, authorised person:
 check of the brake system
 check of the freedom of movement of the floating roller bearings
 bearing check
 replacement of lubricating grease
 inspection
 brakes
9.13.2 Brake system
 Before the start of the season, have the following work on the brake system car-
ried out by a qualified, authorised person:
 inspection
 adjustment
 servicing
