Assembly
The air brake system comprises the:
Parking brake
Service brake
Shear brake
The individual brake functions are acti-
vated according to brake cylinder actuati-
on.
Parking brake
The spring accumulators of the brake -
cylinder are activated or released with the
red button (1) of the double release valve.
The parking brake is only activated or re-
leased if there is sufficient air in the com-
pressed air reservoir.
Service brake
A supply of compressed air through the
tractor is required to operate the service
brake.
If the brake lines of the implement are
connected to the tractor, the compressed
air brake system of the implement is supp-
lied with compressed air through the red
brake coupling.
