5. Click OK
6. Check for possible rising air bubbles and wait until these have passed
7. Click Aspirate, to accurately levelling the solution in the cup. This will take 60 seconds. If the
edges are not sharp enough click Aspirate again.
8. Verify that the edges of the aspiration patch in the cup are sharp
9. Close the hood
10. Click Continue and Start now
11. Press Continue
12. Adjust gain, if necessary, to nicely fit within the image screen and press Start now
