10.7. Adjusting geometry parameters
Use the supplied accessories.
To guarantee accurate shear rates/stresses, the BOB/CUP radii parameters of both the elongation
and the aggregation program need to be set according to the true radii (Tab S
ETTINGS LORRCA
SETTINGS GENERAL OPTIONS).
10.8. Back up the results file
The memory stick supplied by Mechatronics is required here (or rename any available memory
stick to LoRRca-backup).
Place the memory stick in the USB slot of the computer (or the USB extension cable).
Drag the file C:\LoRRca Maxsis\Results onto the memory stick.
If you have a previously stored backup files on the memory stick, you should rename it first.
10.9. Update the software
New software versions (if available) can be downloaded from http://www.rrmechatronics.com.
1. Click on L
OGIN SUPPORT LORRCA MAXSIS
2. Log in with user name: "lorrcauser" and password: "maxsis".
3. Select D
OWNLOAD and scroll to Software and download the latest version of the system software
and copy it to a memory stick.
