10.10.4.1. Waste and rinse pump tube replacement
Important:
The rinse- and waste peristaltic pumps use different tubing, the waste pump uses QWLV090011
(3,2mm tube) and the rinse pump uses QWLV090012 (1,6mm tube) Always replace the correct
tube!
The pumps are in the foot of the Lorrca® MaxSis, pull on the lid to open the pump drawer.
The pump tube needs to be replaced every 6 months.
Switch the instrument OFF.
Remove the old tube from the pump as shown:
Pull the tube from the connectors and install the new tube in the reverse order.
Check that all connecting tubes and the tube cover are attached.
