9.3. Trouble shooting table
Field Description Check/Remedy
Waste container
Container indicates waste full when
it is not. Waste liquid is clinging to
the inside of the bottle and gives a
false reading.
 Flush bottle thoroughly with hot
water or replace the bottle.
Power No power
 Check the fuses at the main power
inlet.
 Check cables
 Replace if necessary.
 Check the fuse on the PC main
board
Camera No camera image
 Check connection cable.
Reconnect if necessary.
 Check Camera driver (on page
156) is not defect.
Camera Disturbed image
 Check position projection screen
 Adjust projection screen if
necessary (see Adjusting
projection screen (on page 165))
Fluid flow
There is no fluid flow or not enough
fluid flow in one or more tubes
 Check the liquid levels in the bottles
 Check the functioning of the pinch
valve, in case of stitching: perform
a Prime all
In case of an incorrect image, not sharp and/or black dot is not in the middle, the laser has to be
adjusted or even be replaced.
To check the connection on the camera, the handle on the right side has to come off to check if the
connection is good.
Check the operation of the Digital Camera driver in the window driver manager.
When the driver does not work correct re-install the driver.
 Disconnect the USB cable.
 Reconnect the cable again.
 Re-install the Digital Camera driver.
 Select in the option screen <DON'T SEARCH I WILL CHOOSE>.
