NOTES:
(1) Limited−life components interchanged between models or configurations must be restricted to the lowest
service life indicated for the models or configurations affected. Limited−life components removed at
retirement are to be destroyed or conspicuously marked to prevent inadvertent return to service. Parts are
applicable only on models under which a service life is listed.
(2) Refer to Section 04−00−00 for life−limited parts.
(3) Refer to related manufacturer publications for component overhaul requirements (ref. Section 01−00−00).
(4) 2,500−hour Time Between Overhaul is for seals used in actuator serial numbers 9 thru 11, 13 thru 19, 21,
22, 25, 26, 27, 34 thru 37, and 39. After overhaul, these parts must be re−identified with an “A” at the end
of the serial number and the overhaul interval will no longer be applicable – the part can be treated as
on−condition for seal wear or other serviceable issues.
(5) Dual servoactuators must be overhauled by Goodrich Actuation Systems. Send dual servoactuator to
Goodrich Actuation Systems, Repair Module, 13 Avenue de I’Eguillette, BP 7186 (F−95056
Cergy−Pontoise Cedex), F−95310 Saint−Ouen I’Aumone, France.
(6) Swashplate angular contact ball bearing requires inspection and regrease at 2000 hours or 5 years, from
original Airworthiness Certificate issuance date or last regrease, whichever comes first. Bearing must be
returned to MDHI for servicing.
(7) Return transmission to MDHI.
(8) Hours listed are flight hours unless otherwise noted.
(9) Ref. Overhaul Parts List, Rev. D.
(10) Do the hydrostatic test of fire extinguisher containers (ref. Section 26−20−20).
