fromthecoolantexpansiontankwhilethesystemishot.
3.Positioncontainertocollectcoolant.
4.Releaseclipanddisconnectheaterreturnhosefrom
rearofcylinderblock.
5.Releaseclipanddisconnectbottomhosefromradiator.
6.Allowcoolingsystemtodrain.

1.Connectbottomhosetoradiatorandsecurewithclip.
2.Connectheaterreturnhosetocylinderblockand
securewithclip.
3.Releaseclipanddisconnecthosefrombleedvalve.
4.Connecthosetobleedvalveandblowthroughto
ensurebleedvalvepinisnotsticking.
5.Connecthosetobleedvalveandsecurewithclip.
6.Removebleedscrewfromcoolantpipe.
7.Preparecoolanttorequiredconcentration.

8.Fillcoolingsystem,keepingcoolantuptoneckof
expansiontankuntilasteadystreamofcoolantis
emittedfrombleedscrewhole.Fitandtightenbleed
screw.
9.Continuellinguntilcoolantreachesexpansiontank
neckandremainsstatic.
10.Ensureairconditioningisswitchedoff.
11.Withtheexpansiontankcapoff,startandrunengineat
1500-2500rev/min.Fillexpansiontankasnecessaryto
maintaincoolantleveljustbelowexpansiontankneck.
Whencoolantstartstoriseupexpansiontankneck,t
expansiontankcap.
12.Continuerunningengineat1500-2500rev/minuntil
coolingfancomeson,thenrunengineatidlespeed
untilcoolingfanstops.
13.Switchoffengineandallowtocoolfor30minutes.
14.Checkcoolingsystemforleaks.
15.Removeexpansiontankcapand,ifnecessary,topup
coolantleveltoMAXlevel.IfMAXmarkisnotvisible,
