1.Cleancomponentsandmatingfaces.
2.Applyanti-seizecompoundtothreadofHO2S.
3.FitHO2Stofrontpipeandtightento45–60Nm.
4.Fitnewexhaustgaskets.
5.Positionfrontpipetointermediatepipeand
turbocharger.
6.Fitandtightennutssecuringfrontpipetointermediate
pipeandtightento55–75Nm.
7.Fitlower2nutssecuringfrontpipetoturbocharger
andtightento45–55Nm.
8.Fitboltssecuringfrontpipebrackettoengineoilpan
andtightento
20–25Nm.
