5.Checkevaporatoroutlettemperaturetoensurethe
dataconsistwithspecications.
6.KeeptheA/Csystemrunning.
7.Closehighpressuresidevalve.
8.Disconnecthighpressuresidehosefromthevehicle.
9.Openhighandlowpressuresidevalves.Theremaining
refrigerantinbothhoseswillbesuckedintosystem.
10.Closelowpressuresidevalve.
11.Disconnectlowpressuresidehosefromthevehicle.
IfRechargingisCompletedUnsuccessfully:
Sometimetherefrigerantcannotbechargedinthesystem
completely.Therearetwofollowingreasoncouldbe:
1.Thepressureinrefrigeranttankissameasthepressurein
theA/Csystem.
•Causerechargingproceduretobetooslow.
•Refertouser'smanualfortheinformationaboutservice
station.
2.Thereisnotenoughrefrigeranttoberechargedinto
system.
•Recycletherefrigeranthasbeenrecharged,evacuatethe
systemandrechargeit.
•Refertouser'smanualfortheinformationaboutservice
station.

Caution:Alwaystplugstoopenconnectionstoprevent

6.RemoveanddiscardO-ringsfromA/Cpipes.
7.Disconnectcompressormultiplugandreleaseharness
clips.
8.Remove3boltssecuringcompressortomounting
bracket.
9.Manoeuvrecompressorfromenginecompartmentand
removecompressor.
