Caution:T oavoidpossiblejointdamagealwaysuse
aspannertoholdtrackrodendwhenlooseningor
tighteningtrackrodendlocknut.
3.Rotatetrackrodtoobtaincorrectalignment.
Tip:Whenrotatingonesideofthesteeringrodlocknut
outwardorinward,theothersideshouldberotatedin
thesameamountofthreadsoutwardorinward.
4.Recheckfrontwheelalignment.

5.TightenRHandLHtrackrodlocknuts.
6.Ensuresteeringrackgaitersarenotstrainedortwisted
thensecuregaiterclips.

1.Ensuretyrepressuresarecorrectandvehicleisat
kerbsideweight.
2.Rollvehiclebackwardsandforwardstorelievestresses
insteeringandsuspension.
3.Ensurethatwheelalignmentequipmentisproperly
calibratedandpositionequipmentaspermanufacturers
instructions.
4.Takeanaverageof3readings.
5.Checkfrontwheelalignmentiswithintolerance.

carenottodamagetheribboncable.
4.Disconnectswitchribboncablemultiplugandremove
switchassembly.
