Robot detected skid
condition!
Environmental or
hardware error.
Requires interaction.
The wheels on the robot are
turning, but the robot is not
moving. This often occurs during
docking.
Check that the floor is clean, the
robot wheels have traction with
the floor, and that the robot is not
loaded excessively or unevenly.
If the issue persists, you can also
modify the threshold for stall
detection in the robot interface
under System >Settings> Error
handling >Advanced settings.
11001
The local planner
failed repeatedly to
follow new global
plans!
Mission error.
May require interaction
if you want to prevent
the error from occurring
again.
The robot wasn't able to follow it's
global path and has created a new
path.
This error may occur occasionally
while the robot is operating
without any significant affect to the
robot's operation.
If the error keeps occurring in the
same area, it indicates that there is
something in this area that is
affecting the robot's planning or
obstacles detection.
When the error occurs, the robot
automatically generates an error
log. To determine the cause of the
issue, send this error log to
Technical Support for analysis.
