The message is blank (empty) in the database, and when an activity
occurs the actual status information is appended to it resulting in
the logged 751-message.
If the setting "Log All Measuring Activities" is enabled in
Miscellaneous Setup, all wet section activities will be logged in the
Activity Log as 751-messages.
