Sag/Swell/Interruption (SSI) Report
The Sag/Swell/Interruption (SSI) report in Figure 6.8 shows the format of the
SSI report headings when the meter is configured for delta-connected PTs
(Meter Form 5). In this case, the Ph ABC column represents the Meter Word
bits as shown on the right-hand side of Table 6.2. Note that the voltage column
headings are now
Vab, Vbc, and Vca to account for the phase-to-phase
quantities (as compared to Figure 6.7).

SSI Report Memory Details
The meter retains a minimum of 2048 of the most recent SSI entries in
nonvolatile memory. The meter can hold a maximum of 4096 entries. When
the recorder memory reaches 4096 entries and further entries occur, the oldest
2048 memory locations are cleared in a block to make room for newer entries.
Therefore, the apparent SSI memory size can vary between 2048 and 4096
entries.
If the SSI recorder memory clears while an SSI report is being displayed, the
SSI report will stop and display this message:
Command Aborted, Data overwrite occurred
VSSI Meter Word Bits
Upon a voltage disturbance, the VSSI recorder asserts Meter Word Bits that
offer a binary disturbance summary. Mapping these VSSI Meter Word Bits to
the Sequential Events Recorder (SER) allows rapid analysis of a disturbance
and its corresponding CBEMA/ITIC region. See Table 9.4 on page 9.5 for a
definition of each bit.
