Analog 190 is a 16-bit composite value, where the upper byte is defined as in
Table E.10.
The lower byte is defined as in Table E. 11.
If Analog 190 is 0, fault information has not been read and the related analogs
(191–195) do not contain valid data.
Control Meter Output Blocks (Object 12, Variation 1) are supported. The
control meters correspond to the remote bits and other functions, as shown in
Table E.12.
Exercise caution with multiple remote bit pulses in a single message (i.e.,
point count > 1), as this may result in some of the pulse commands being
ignored and returning an already active status.
