do this, select 3, Back-up System means hard disk C.

5 Restore from Tape
6 Uninstall MMC102/103 (Delete Files)
7 Return to Main Menu

Start the data back-up by pressing Y.
8. By pressing key 4, Back-up User Data, you opt to create a back-up of the
user data, i.e. batch file C:\TOOLS\BACK_USR.BAT is executed. All archive
files under C:\DH\ARC.DIR are backed up as standard. If you want to back
up additional files, then you must enter other directories in file C:\TOOLS\
BACK_USR.BAT.
