Output information FLEX lid:
The following information is given by the printer:
● Serial number of the DAC UNIVERSAL
● Program
● Cycle number
● Date (DD-MM-YYYY) and time (HH:MM:SS) (Start)
● The start time of each phase and the result “OK” or “FAIL” is printed.
The phases are:
–Start
– Leakage test
– Internal cleaning
– Lubrication
– External cleaning
– Back flush
– Start of holding time
Not all of these phases are included for all lid types. The ones not
included are printed as “Deactivated”.
● During the disinfection process, temperature and pressure are
measured and printed out every 30 seconds
● Minimum and maximum temperature
● Minimum and maximum pressure
● Length of disinfection process
● The rest of the phases and the result “OK” or “FAIL” is printed. The
phases are:
– Disinfection (End time)
–Drying
– Process end
– Confirmation (User confirmation)
– Cycle end
