Chapter 3 Transport and Setting Up
3.1 Transport
The product is heavy and is potentially dangerous during transportation. Also,
to prevent product damage and breakage, be sure to follow the transportation
instructions shown below.
Only persons who have sufficient knowledge and experience about
the product and system are allowed to transport and set up the
product.
Especially pay attention to personal safety.
Drain the residual fluid from the piping as much as possible to
prevent any spillage.
Never lay the product on its side.
The compressor oil will leak in to the refrigerant piping, which may
cause early failure of the compressor.
When the product is carried using a forklift, make sure that the fork
does not damage the cover panel or piping port.
Be sure to use all four eye bolts when slinging the product.
The slant angle of each rope should be 60 degrees or less.
When moving the product by a forklift, insert the fork into the right
positions referring to 3.1.1 Transportation using forklift and hanging.
Moving by forklift and slinging should be done by persons who have
the correct license.
