2-6. To change thread trim timing (ATH Start Timing)
This function applies to TFMX-C, TWMX-C only. Its purpose is to improve thread trimming by changing
moving timing of the thread trimming knife.
2-6-1. Screen
2-6-2. How to operate
The following is an example that ATH drive start timing is set to "5 degree".
(1) Set to main screen.
(2) Press F2 key while pressing SET key.
(3) Press F2 key.
(4) To select ATH drive start timing
Timing to start moving thread trimming
knife (Value is of main shaft angle)
This machine was shipped after being set to optimum values. To change these values,
consult the distributor. Some operating condition could cause occurrence of fault in
thread trimming.
