HYDRAULIC UNITSTRAVEL MOTOR
The part numbers contained in the “Disassembly and
Assembly” section of this manual correspond to the
numbers listed in the construction diagram. Work
should be performed by referring to the diagram, as
necessary.
Disassembly
Reduction gears
1. Take out the plugs (24) and drain out the gear
oil.
2. Take out the bolts and remove the cover (2).
• If it is hard to remove, lightly tap on the side
of the cover with a plastic hammer.
3. Take out the bolts and remove the thrust plate
(9).
4. Remove the sun gear (4), and then remove the
planet gears (6) and the carrier (3).
• Remove the planet gears (6) together with the
needle bearing (14) mounted within.
