5. Inspect the proximity switch.
The proximity switch (4) should be switched
on by moving the safety bar (3) into the driving
position. Use a tester to check to see whether the
power running from the lever lock solenoid (5)
at this time is being cut off or not.
• The system is working properly if the power
is on at this time.
6. Inspect the lever lock solenoid.
Check the solenoid according to the following
procedure:
a. Turn the starter switch to the on position.
b. Lightly press down on the protruding part on
the end of the solenoid.
c. Move the safety bar to turn on the proximity
switch.
d. The system is functioning properly if you
can feel vibration under your finger when
the spool starts moving and the circuit is
switched.
7. Inspect the control valve (sub).
Check the pilot pressure.
