- Blade bushing -
- Install V-belt cover
(see section 05.09.02)
- Install lower cover
(see section 05.12.02)
Models with single speed /
three-speed drive
• Fit V-belt 1 onto V-belt pulley 2.
Models without blade clutch /
without Quick-Start
• Actuate motorstop control bar 4, in
order to release the engine brake.
Models with Quick-Start
• Actuate motorstop control bar 4,
actuate Quick-Start lever 5 in order
to release the engine brake.
(deactivate Quick-Start beforehand,
see section 12.01.)
• Slowly pull out starter cable 3 in
order to attach the V-belt to the
V-belt pulley.

- Fit V-belt onto engine V-belt pulley.
Models with Vario drive
• Fit blade bushing 1 together with
Vario V-belt pulley 2 and spacer
sleeve 3 straight onto the engine
shaft and push on (if necessary, use
a plastic hammer).
Models with single speed /
three-speed drive
• Fit blade bushing 1 straight onto
the engine shaft and push on
(if necessary, use a plastic
hammer).
